CTS ActivityLab ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Information We Collect
CTS ActivityLab does not require you to create an account.
The App allows you to import activity files, including GPX, FIT, and TCX files, for analysis and comparison.
Unless otherwise noted below, imported activity files are processed locally on your device or in your own iCloud account.
How Your Data Is Used
Your activity files are used solely to provide the features of the App, including:
- Viewing activity details
- Comparing multiple activities
- Displaying charts and statistics
- Analyzing performance metrics
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties.
Data Storage
Imported activity files and any data generated by the App are stored only on your device or iCloud account (via CloudKit) unless you choose to export or share them.
Analytics
CTS ActivityLab does not collect analytics or usage information that identifies individual users.
Third-Party Services
The App may use Apple services necessary for purchasing subscriptions through the App Store and for viewing GPS tracks on a map view. These services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
CTS ActivityLab is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
