We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You have 14 days to return any products purchased from Chase the Summit. Products must be returned in unused/new condition for a refund. A restocking fee may be charged for any products returned in used condition.

YES! All of our products are shipping world wide. We use Ascendia as a shipping partner in order to keep shipping costs low and shipping speed at an acceptable level. Please use the checkout process to get pricing on shipping.
All international shipments are sent via USPS and are DDU which means they are subject to your countries import tax. Import tax will vary depending on which country the package is being sent to!
We strive to process all orders in a timely fashion. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Some products are fulfilled by a third party warehouse service which can take a bit longer. If you have any concerns about your order feel free to reach out using the contact form.
